Shipping Policy

Happy to see that we’ve got a place in your buying behavior from Abaca Packaging.

We offer minimum shipping rates on every order regardless of the size/quantity/cost of your product value. We also value your suggestions which you can add at the comments tab in the Checkout page.

Shipping times

We usually ship your products within 2-4 business days.

At times, when we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please be patient and provide us sufficient days for delivery in that case. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please allow additional business days for “special orders” i.e. imprinting & custom packaging.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping cost estimates

For the United States (within the 48 contiguous states)

Actual shipping cost will be added to the total cost of the order.

We will ensure that we get the least shipping cost by comparing with multiple shipping providers.

  • We use fast, reliable and cost-effective shipping partners for all orders.
  • We do not charge your credit card with the shipping fee until your order is shipped.

Shipment Address

For smooth processing, please provide us with a complete and valid mailing address.<br> We can’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.

Shipment & Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped which will include your shipment tracking number and estimated delivery details of your order.

Please note – Receipt of packages requires a signature.

Changes to Order or Shipment

To make changes to your order or to reschedule a different delivery date, please contact us by telephone on 425-785-9059 at the earliest before your order is shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Abaca Packaging is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. We currently have our warehouse at Seattle, United States. However, any fees imposed during or after shipping is under the customer’s responsibility.

Damages

Abaca Packaging is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
